If you are a start-up, your are in pre-seed or seed phase.
If you are a scale-up, your company must be able to demonstrate a strong development history, indicating substantial scale-up potentials.
You operate in tech spheres. This might include products, services, and technologies in B2B, B2C, and B2G.
You are for-profit.
More than 50 % of jobs are in Ukraine (or planned to be in Ukraine).
You can demonstrate a scalable and innovative business model.
You have a pitch deck available (a draft might be OK).
You are fully committed to execute your next step business development in case of successful angel investment.
Supported by our investment, you will have the potential to reach the next funding phase (if required).
You are ready to register your business in case of angel investment (if not registered already).
At least one person in your team speaks good English.
Your start-up or scale-up is registered in Ukraine (or planned to be registered in Ukraine).
You can demonstrate internationalization potentials.
